Had been great for years. Now shows no trains at all between Princeton Junction and New York.

App was really useful but stopped working a few weeks ago, no app updates to fix the issue and now it always says no trips found. Wish they would update and fix

i used this app all the time to be able to check what trains ran to my station and when i would arrive, recently all the times and train numbers have been wrong/ don’t exist. No idea how to fix it.

Thus wonderful site now says “no trips.” What had happened? If there’s a fee, I’d pay it … it better than NJT.

Doesn’t seem to work with NJT at this point

I don’t see New Jersey Transit in the list anymore among many other metro areas …and the old app version isn’t pulling up train schedules? But the app ad still says it runs for NJT. :( I loved this app. Hope you can keep NJT

This app & I have been through a lot. From needing the last train home at 1:51am, to missing the last train and sleeping on the dirty floor until 6am. I always had faith it would lead me right. Little did I know, after all these years it was playing the long game just to rek me at 31 years old. Waiting for the 9:11 train like a dame fool…the app knew it wasn’t showing…so here a sit until the next train takes me home. 2.5 out of 5 stars.

Loved this app until it stopped working for me a week ago. Didn't realize how much I needed it

I love to use this app every time I go into the city from NJ, however a few weeks ago the app suddenly stopped working and no longer shows any scheduled train times no matter what days/times or locations I choose. I don’t understand what would cause this, the app doesn’t need updating or anything so I’m at a loss. :/

The app shows correct schedule maybe one time in a month

Can’t delete favorite pairs Also can’t set a favorite pair to default. It always reverts to my old favorite pair. Come on! You can do better!!

Loved this up until an update last week. Developer reached out to me and fixed the bug in the latest update! Back to being the best NJT app out there!! Reliable and easy to use. If you take NJT, you need this app!

Ad placement can transfer you to their scammy website when you're trying to adjust times/dates for the planner function. It's a great app and had all the things I needed, the updates have made it buggy, and sadly not as user friendly

The update has produced really ugly graphics and you have to find the schedule again every time you return

This has been a very useful app for train arrivals. I appreciate it.

Departure time from origin station is correct 60% of the time. Why? Operators run early or late (usually within a 5min window). That would be tolerable if not for the inconsistency. Pick one: early or late. The most egregious issue I have is with “weekend service changes!” WHY does the app NEVER update or adjust for “track work” timetable changes? One FOUR occasions; over the past few months, I was over a hour late because there is NO announcement on the schedule main screen. No pop up or warning indicator? Why must I DID every Saturday/Sunday to see if there are changes. Why can’t we get automated announcements on Thursdays & Fridays informing us of weekends work? NJ Transit buses are not much better but there I hove OPTIONS

Favorites function does not work. I have to re-answer the stations every time I use it.

Pretty good app

The app helped me to get in time at work, really useful and very easy to use.

There are no real time updates. It’s the standard schedule. Has cost me multiple times now!

First timer and it was an easy commute. Parked my car, got my ticket from the kiosk and waited for the train to arrive at Hamilton Station. I got in the quiet car. It was just that easy. The return trip from Penn Station NY was easy as well. The train is announced and listed in the schedule board. One thing to note, if you haven’t eaten all day, there. Is no food and beverages allowed on the train. Great ride.

I like how it tracks my train in real time. It’s a little quirky but I use it every trip

Trash app. Gui is terrible was this designed by a 2001 schoolchild? App only crashes when changing agency from NJT to PATH. Useless.

This app doesn’t do anything right. It can’t keep up with delays and ETA’s are often off by 5-10 minutes. And to think I wasted $4.99 on a premium subscription! I want my money back!

Can’t even setup the app to account for nj Transit Buses. It only lists rail stations and not bus stops.

Does not even get the tracks right after the official announcement.

I find this app to be very helpful. My favorite feature is how it lets you know when a train is delayed or cancelled. That helps me out a great deal.

Been so busy, always rushing and train employee encouraged me to get on train, before I missed it while waiting at ticket machine. Downloaded mytix and this app and not rushing as much anymore. So convenient!

I have been using the river line light rail for a week now. I must say with all the negativity surrounding NJ Transit these days, I was very impressed. The train has been on tine, clean and a pleasant riding experience. I will definitely continue riding the river line light rail and will highly recommend it to future riders. Thanks NJ Transit.

No track, no cost,

Several weeks ago there was no Dinky and no replacement bus. Those of us waiting had to take Lyft or Uber and missed one or two trains. Having an on-line schedule doesn’t compensate for poor NJ Transit service!

Have had this app for years and always loved it. Recently the amount of ads they throw at your is overwhelming. Seems like every other touch of the screen is interrupted with an advertisement.

The predicted track for every train is wrong. Don’t subscribe to the app by paying. Use the free version with ads.

Not much point in using an app that doesn't have the correct timetables loaded. The train I'm writing this on doesn't appear in the app's schedule.

Never!

It could be better

This app was a simple scheduling utility without intrusive ads. Recent updates have made the UI more complex, slower, and added much more intrusive ads.

App was great but has consistently gotten worse. Ads that block entire screen and now what seems to be a mandatory new feature that won’t let you see schedule unless it installs and keeps track of you. Another invasion of privacy.

It’s awesome seeing all the stops and how many minutes to our destination- 1st Time using the NJT and this app made it super easy!!! Thanks
